A Little About Us

Sonny graduated with a degree in art in June 2025 and now works from her private studio in Los Altos, California. Passionate about art, dogs, and the meaning of family, she especially enjoys working with children and easily immerses herself in the ways they perceive the world. She is hard-working, easy-going, and a rewarding collaborator.

Marie graduated with a master’s degree in actuarial science in June 2024 and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Lausanne. A lifelong animal lover with a special fondness for birds, she is also deeply passionate about writing. She first approached Sonny with a story she had written for a German language class at UCSB—and their collaboration grew from there. In a parallel universe, Marie might have studied ornithology.
